Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Gandhinagar. The Sales Representative will be expected to build and maintain client relationships, understand customers insurance needs, present suitable product offerings, and guide clients through the purchase process. The role involves achieving sales targets, providing top-notch customer service, and staying up-to-date with insurance products and services provided by Policybazaar.com.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Sales expertise including lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales
• Customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets under deadlines
• Basic understanding of insurance products and services; willingness to learn about the industry
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM platforms
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Prior sales or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial domain, is an added advantage
