Sales Representative

Position: Sales Representative Real Estate (3D Visualization)

We are a 3D visualization company specializing in real estate walkthroughs, VR experiences, and high-quality brochure renders. We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach real estate developers, builders, and marketing agencies

Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities

Present and explain company services including 3D walkthroughs, VR solutions, and renderings

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal design and production teams

Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Track market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

13 years of experience in sales (preferably in real estate, architecture, or related industry)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to understand and present visual/technical services effectively

Self-driven and target-oriented approach

Basic knowledge of real estate marketing will be an added advantage
