- Meet and Greet customers at the showroom
- Presenting and selling of products/services using well - mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers.
- Upselling, Cross Selling to the potential customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Possessing in-depth knowledge about the Jewellery products offered by company, including the materials, designs, and gemstones.
- Explaining the displaying latest and antiques jewellery to customer and ensuring to pitch in positive way for customers to like and buy the product displayed.
- Present customer the needed jewellery and provide information regarding pricing and discounts
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Take charge of all the inventories in the shop by entering them into the computer
- Help in the daily display of all the items which are available for sale in the shop
- Take responsibility of the selling product and ensure safety at all times.
