Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Bhopal. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales activities, generating leads and closing them. The role also involves creating and presenting proposals, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction industry
  • Strong skills in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
  • Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the Aluminium Architecture sector is an advantage
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently to meet targets
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on-site in Bhopal
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
