We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Gifting Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing corporate gifting opportunities in Pharma, PSU's, Banks, NBFC's, Cement, IT & Tech companies. It was also include building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your focus will be on promoting our range of corporate gifting garment and other gifting products to businesses of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prospect and identify potential corporate clients for gifting solutions.

-Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.

-Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements.

-Create customized gifting proposals and presentations for clients.

-Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.

-Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of gifts.

-Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.

-Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.

-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

-Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

-Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

-Client Retention: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

-New Business Development: Continuously expand the client base and generate new business opportunities.

-Proposal Accuracy: Develop accurate and compelling gifting proposals.

-Timely Delivery: Ensure gifts are delivered on time and in excellent condition.

-Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

-Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and communications.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Arts

-Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in corporate gifting or related industry.

-Strong negotiation and communication skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Excellent time management skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

-A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel if required.
