We are building the next layer of food intelligence for F&B operators.
At Fitshield, we are transforming traditional restaurant menus into intelligent, data-driven systems that increase order value, build customer trust, and help restaurants communicate what they serve — with clarity, credibility, and compliance.
Our first product, Bridge, is live. We are redesigning how Indian restaurants present food — physically and digitally with nutritional intelligence, menu engineering, and FSSAI-compliant health claims built in from day one.
Key Responsibility:
• Own and work a qualified pipeline of health-forward restaurants across Mumbai
• Run the full sales cycle, outreach, visit, demo, proposal, close, and handoff
• Use the Bridge Menu Analyser as your primary demo tool show restaurants their gap before pitching a solution
• Build relationships with restaurant owners, F&B managers, and chefs
• Feed the product with ground truth objections, gaps, and what actually moves decisions
• Drive referrals from every converted customer
• Represent Bridge with the professionalism the product deserves

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
Skills/Tools/Software required: Basic AI tools fluency, MS Office, CRM software like Zoho, Salesforce or similar
