Job Description

  • Actively involved in outdoor marketing and field sales to drive membership and client engagement.
  • Responsible for coordinating events and promotions to boost club visibility and lead generation.
  • Attend incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to potential leads and prospects.
  • Maintain flexible work hours, with a willingness to work extended hours when required.
  • Expected to work on weekends, aligning with the operational needs of the club.
  • Focused on generating quality leads through outdoor campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Accountable for meeting assigned sales targets through effective prospecting and conversions.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups and lead conversion to increase memberships and revenue.
  • Operate and manage the club's software tools for lead tracking, reporting, and communication.
  • Handle the pre-sales activities of the club, which includes executing marketing strategies using flyers, inserts, and other outdoor materials.
