Bluth Solar (a part of Bluth Services LLP) is a fast-growing renewable energy company engaged in solar rooftop, commercial & industrial (C&I), and hybrid energy solutions. The company operates across India with a strong focus on sustainable energy deployment, EPC services, and clean-energy innovation.

As we scale our operations, we are building a strong internal HR function to support talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational growth.

Role Overview:-

The Sales Report Manager is responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting sales data to support strategic decision-making. The role ensures accurate sales reporting, performance tracking, forecasting, and insights that improve sales efficiency and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Track sales performance, targets, conversions, and revenue trends
  • Analyze data from CRM, ERP, and sales tools to generate actionable insights
  • Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations
  • Monitor pipeline, order bookings, billing, collections, and margins
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams for data accuracy
  • Support sales forecasting and budgeting activities
  • Identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and timely reporting
  • Automate reports and improve reporting efficiency where possible

Key Skills and Competencies:-

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
  • Understanding of sales KPIs, funnels, and forecasting
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Qualification:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field
  • 25 years of experience in sales reporting, MIS, or business analytics
  • Experience in renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure, or B2B sales is an advantage

  • Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports
  • Sales performance insights impacting decision-making
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Process improvement and automation initiatives
