Role Description

The Sales Relationship Manager will play an essential role in managing and nurturing relationships with clients to drive sales and business growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves conducting client meetings, presenting property solutions, and working collaboratively with internal teams to execute sales strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Sales Management
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients
  • Knowledge and experience in Finance to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Proven track record in Sales and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop new business strategies
  • Prior experience in the real estate or proptech industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Quarterly Appraisal and Incetives
  • 5 days work + 2 days week off (Mon,Tue)
