Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Sales Relationship Manager. The primary responsibilities include building and managing strong business relationships with clients, identifying client requirements, and offering tailored real estate solutions. The Sales Relationship Manager will also oversee sales processes, coordinate with different teams to close deals, and manage financial negotiations with clients. The position requires maintaining communication with potential and existing clients to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Relationship Management and Communication
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management
- An understanding of Finance and strong negotiation abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the local Bhubaneswar real estate market is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
Salary upto 4.5 lakh per annum.
