Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Relationship Manager. The role involves managing and building strong relationships with clients and potential customers. The manager will oversee sales strategies, maintain a database of clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet revenue targets. The Sales Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams and participate in developing business strategies to expand the company's client base and improve sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Communication to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Understanding of Finance concepts to support pricing strategies and proposals.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications is an advantage.
