Sales Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated Sales Bench Recruiter to market and place bench consultants (US Citizens, GC, H1B, etc.) with direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in US IT staffing, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads and close positions quickly.

Responsibilities:

Market bench candidates to clients and vendors.

Submit consultants for suitable roles through job portals and networking.

Negotiate rates and follow up on interview processes.

Maintain relationships with clients and consultants.

Requirements:

0-1+ years of experience in bench sales (US Staffing).

Good understanding of visa types and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
