Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
Bench Sales Recruiter to handle end-to-end marketing of our bench consultants. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and experienced in working with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and place bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, etc.) across various technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.
- Identify suitable job requirements through job portals, networks, and vendor lists.
- Submit qualified consultants to open requirements and follow up for interview schedules.
- Negotiate rates and close positions effectively.
- Maintain a daily activity tracker and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with consultants to understand their strengths and job interests.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 14+ years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa types.
- Experience working with Direct Clients and Tier 1 vendors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of placing consultants across technologies.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT staffing domain.
- Strong vendor network in US market.
- Ability to independently manage consultant marketing cycle.
