We are hiring a Bench Sales Recruiter to market and place IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) with vendors and direct clients. The role involves posting profiles on job portals, submitting resumes, coordinating interviews, and negotiating rates.

Key Skills:

• Bench Sales experience (US Staffing)
• Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Experience using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)
• Ability to work in US time zones and meet targets
