Are you a results-driven recruiter with a talent for closing deals We are looking for an ambitious Freelance Sales Recruiter to join our team. Your mission will be to market our exceptional bench candidatesboth IT and non-IT consultantsto hiring managers and prime vendors for high-value placements. This is a 100% remote, commission-only position with unlimited earning potential for those who excel in the staffing market.

Responsibilities

  • Bench Marketing: Promote our available consultants to your network and job boards.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new contract opportunities for our candidates.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with Tier-1 vendors and clients.
  • End-to-End Placement: Manage resume tailoring, interview coordination, and rate negotiations.
  • Closing: Ensure successful placements and follow through until candidates start.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 13 years in US IT staffing, bench sales, or recruitment.
  • Network: A strong database of vendors and industry contacts is a plus.
  • Sales Grit: A resilient hunter mentality to navigate challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity.
