This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Recruiter. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for sales roles. The individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, develop hiring strategies, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines, providing a seamless candidate experience, and achieving recruitment targets.

• Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting processes
• Experience in Hiring and Account Management
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and nurture professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying top talent and ensuring excellent candidate experience
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the outsourcing or sales industry is a plus
