The Role: We are building a quality-first sales culture. As our first Sales QA hire, you'll own the feedback loop that makes our BD team sharper every week. You'll listen to real sales calls, identify what's working (and what's not), build dashboards that track quality at scale, and help create the training material that closes the gap. This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of sales, data, and coaching.
What You'll Do
Call Evaluation :
- Review and score 20-30 sales calls per week across Pre-Sales, Sales, and Post-Sales verticals
- Evaluate calls on a structured rubric: discovery quality, objection handling, pitch clarity, urgency creation, and close attempts
- Identify top-performing calls worth sharing with the broader team and flag recurring failure patterns
Feedback & Coaching Support :
- Write structured feedback reports for individual agents on their unconverted calls - specific, actionable, tied to deal context
- Collaborate with the Sales Training lead to build case study scripts based on real call transcripts
- Assist in designing weekly assessments to test agent retention of product knowledge and pitch frameworks
Analytics & Reporting :
- Maintain a QA scorecard tracker across all agents and verticals
- Surface weekly insights to sales leadership: top errors, conversion drop-off points, objection clusters
- Track improvement trends over time for agents undergoing retraining cycles
Process Building :
- Help build and refine our call evaluation rubric as the program matures
- Work with our internal tools to ensure QA data feeds into agent performance reviews
You're a Good Fit If You:
- Have 0-2 years of experience in sales QA, inside sales, telesales, or sales training support
- Are an excellent listener with a strong eye for communication nuance
- Can write clear, direct, non-generic feedback
- Are comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data tracking
- Have high attention to detail and can maintain consistency across dozens of evaluations
- Are curious about AI, edtech, and what makes a great sales conversation
Bonus Points:
- Exposure to CRM tools or call analytics platforms (Gong, Fireflies, MeetRecord, etc.)
- Have worked in or sold edtech / upskilling products before
- Comfortable using AI tools (Chatgpt, Claude, N8N) to speed up analysis and reporting
