Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers through field visits, calls, and referrals
  • Pitch products/services to prospective clients and explain benefits clearly
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into closures
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in promotional activities, camps, or events as assigned

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel/field work (if applicable)

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate (preferred)
  • 03 years of experience in sales (freshers can apply)
  • Experience in healthcare/retail/B2B/B2C sales is an added advantage
