Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers through field visits, calls, and referrals
- Pitch products/services to prospective clients and explain benefits clearly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Follow up on leads and convert them into closures
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Participate in promotional activities, camps, or events as assigned
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Willingness to travel/field work (if applicable)
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate (preferred)
- 03 years of experience in sales (freshers can apply)
- Experience in healthcare/retail/B2B/B2C sales is an added advantage
