As we expand our presence in India, were looking for a dynamic Sales / Business Development Manager to drive our business growth and strengthen relationships with our elite clientele.

About You:-
You are a driven sales professional with a proven ability to close deals and develop a strong pipeline of HNI clients. You have experience selling Dubai and/or London properties and a deep understanding of international real estate transactions. You thrive in a high-performance environment, proactively generating business through strategic outreach and partnerships.
What You'll Do:-
Drive Sales:-Sell both London & Dubai properties to Indian HNI/UHNI clients, ensuring seamless transactions and a consultative approach.
Generate Business Leads:-Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Build Strategic Partnerships:-Forge relationships with wealth managers, private bankers, investment advisors, family offices, and financial institutions to generate client referrals.
Channel Partner Development:-Establish and grow partnerships with real estate brokers, investment firms, and other intermediaries to expand the sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:-Manage and nurture existing HNI clients, providing tailored investment solutions that align with their global real estate portfolios.
What Were Looking For :-
Must-Have:
Minimum 1 year experience in selling Dubai properties, with a strong track record of closing deals & achieving sales targets.
Experience working with HNI clients in India and an existing network in the luxury property/investment space.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills (fluent in written & spoken English).
Understanding of LRS remittance regulations for cross-border real estate investments.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):-
Experience selling London properties.
Education:-
Master's/Post-Graduate Degree (or higher) from a recognized university.
