Role Description

The Sales Progression Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for clients from the point of reservation through to property completion. This role combines the responsibilities of managing the administrative and compliance aspects of the sales process with delivering an exceptional client experience during the exchange-to-completion period. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients after reservation, guiding them through legal, financial, and procedural milestones, while also coordinating with solicitors, developers, mortgage brokers, and internal teams. This position is crucial for ensuring timely completions, maintaining client satisfaction, and building strong operational foundations within the property sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to liaise confidently with clients and developers.
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Solid knowledge of the UK property market, including conveyancing, mortgage, and legal processes.
