Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional, based in Uttarakhand, India. The primary responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential clients to promote life insurance products and services, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet customers needs. The role also involves achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating closely with team members to foster business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Knowledge of Marketing, Market Research, and Customer Engagement strategies
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Ability to set and achieve targets, coupled with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with life insurance products and services is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in regional languages, along with English, will be beneficial
- Experience in the financial or insurance sector is an added advantage
