Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Professional role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales Professional will identify and qualify potential customers, conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and digital channels, and clearly present products and services that fit customer needs. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up to closing deals and post-sale coordination. The Sales Professional will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare basic sales reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery. The role also includes staying informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve the sales approach.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain solutions clearly to diverse customers.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, preferably in housing, automotive, finance, or related consumer services.
  • Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and basic use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, including ability to handle multiple prospects and deadlines in a hybrid work setting.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, online meetings) and willingness to learn new sales technologies.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical sales experience.
  • Familiarity with New Delhi market dynamics and local customer preferences is an advantage.
