Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional based in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Sales Professional will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable vehicles and solutions. Core responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Hyundai's automotive offerings. Collaboration with the sales team and regular reporting to management are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Sales acumen demonstrated through experience in meeting or exceeding targets
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in digital tools and understanding of basic automotive technology
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is a plus
  • High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Proficiency in regional languages along with English is preferable
