Main Goal
Data analysis within sales department India, integrating sales planning & reporting for better sales execution.
Job Description
- Regular update of master data base.
- Preparation of basic forecast and RSP file.
- Coordinating with Sales team to have a right forecast and RSP as and when required for SNOP discussions.
- Review on a regular basis with sales team for orders against the RSP and proivde insights on avilability of the inventory.
- Keep a track on the inventory available in different markets and the channel point or dealer point reflecting the same in POG tracker and responsible for sales return dashboard.
- Developing seasonal sowing window as per the market or hotspots for specific varities.
- Monthly Reporting to be shared to management.
- Preparing Dashboard(weekly Sales Card/FC VS RSP/ Supply vs Order).
- Support sales team to incorporate all the required data into the tools as and when required(JDE/CUBE).
- Prepare the excess inventory data with the support of Supply team and support NSM in updating the sowing window data for effective liquidation of excess inventory.
