Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery (Classroom + Field)
- Deliver induction, refresher, and advanced training on Home Loans, LAP, lender programs, credit norms, documentation, and sales execution.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and LMS-led sessions along with on-ground coaching, ride-alongs, and live deal support.
- Standardise sales pitches, objection handling, and advisory-led selling frameworks across teams.
Field Coaching & Sales Performance
- Work closely with field sales teams and DSAs to improve sourcing quality, conversion rates, and policy compliance.
- Identify capability gaps through ride-alongs, performance data, funnel metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
- Provide structured feedback, pitch correction, and real-time coaching to strengthen execution discipline.
Content, Curriculum & Measurement
- Develop and update training decks, playbooks, SOPs, and pitch guides aligned with business priorities.
- Track training coverage, assessments, certifications, and business impact metrics.
- Support rollouts of new lender partnerships, product launches, and policy changes through focused training interventions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Credit, Operations, Product, and L&D teams to align training with business goals.
- Act as a bridge between central strategy and on-ground execution, sharing field insights and improvement areas.
