Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Partnership Associate for a full-time, on-site position located in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with clients and stakeholders, managing sales operations, and driving business growth. Additional responsibilities include market research, nurturing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and contributing to strategic business initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about sales and collaboration to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Partnership management and client relationship-building capabilities
  • Strong research and data analysis skills to identify new market opportunities
  • Knowledge of the coir industry and familiarity with export regulations is preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
