Job Title: Sales Partner Gold Loan

Job Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Salary: 20,000 30,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria:
- Male candidates only
- Must know Kannada language
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Field sales experience preferred (Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking / Financial Products is an advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers across the city to explain and promote Oro's gold loan products
- Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into successful customers
- Generate new leads through personal network and field outreach
- Conduct market research to understand customer demand and local opportunities
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently give product demonstrations
- Handle customer objections and queries professionally
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Ensure smooth customer experience from first contact to loan disbursement
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good market understanding and field sales confidence
- Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships
