VehicleCare is building a comprehensive motor claims fulfillment platform to ensure predictable, transparent, and reliable claim outcomes by managing the repair ecosystem end-to-end. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales & Ops Executive (Fresher). The selected candidate will handle sales operations, assist customers with inquiries, and maintain excellent communication channels. The role will also involve analyzing data for business decisions, supporting customer service interactions, and driving efficient processes to enhance sales and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries regarding car servicing, repairs, and bookings.
  • Coordinate with service centers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Assist the sales team in converting leads into confirmed bookings through follow-ups and clear communication.
  • Maintain service records, booking data, and customer feedback accurately in CRM tools.
  • Help manage daily operations, including tracking vehicle pick-ups, drop-offs, and service status updates.
  • Provide after-service support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech, marketing, vendor) for daily tasks and improvement ideas.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (BBA, MBA ,PGDM, B.Tech preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach
  • Passion for automobiles or previous internship in sales/ops is a plus
