What you'll do

We are looking for a dynamic Revenue Operations Business Partner to work closely with Sales Leadership to drive predictable cloud revenue growth. This role will act as a strategic advisor and operational backbone for the sales organization, enabling scale, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

You will play a critical role in aligning strategy to execution by optimizing processes, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle. They key focus areas of this role would be driving Business Partnership & Strategic Execution, Operational Excellence & Process Standardization, Forecasting Excellence & Revenue Predictability, Pipeline Governance & Deal Execution, Data, Analytics & Executive Insights across key SaaS metrices, Cross-Functional Alignment and Sales Productivity & Performance Optimization.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about improving business performance through structured processes and insights.

1. Business Partnership & Strategic Execution

  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leaders, translating business priorities into executable operating plans
  • Drive alignment between GTM strategy, coverage models, and execution cadence
  • Provide actionable insights on business performance, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation

2. Forecasting Excellence & Revenue Predictability

  • Establish and drive best-in-class forecasting discipline (weekly, monthly, quarterly) - drive structured forecast & deal review cadences with leadership
  • Own pipeline integrity, ensuring clear visibility into commit, upside, and risk scenarios

3. Pipeline Governance & Deal Execution

  • Drive end-to-end pipeline governance, ensuring accuracy, coverage, and timeliness in CRM systems
  • Proactively identify deal slippage risks, concentration risks, and execution gaps, and drive corrective actions

4. Operational Excellence & Process Standardization

  • Institutionalize standard operating rhythms (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) across the business
  • Drive adoption of global standards while adapting to India market realities

5. Data, Analytics & Executive Insights

  • Deliver executive-ready dashboards and insights across key SaaS metrics (ACV/ARR, pipeline coverage, conversion rates)

6. Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Align with Partner Ecosystem team to ensure visibility and Cloud bookings outlook into partner -led pipeline
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on renewals, upsell, and churn mitigation
  • Partner with Finance on bookings to ensure no revenue slippages
  • Align with Marketing and Demand Gen function on pipeline generation programs and initiatives

7. Sales Productivity & Performance Optimization

  • Enable territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling
  • Identify and execute levers to improve sales productivity, win rates, and ramp-up time
  • Drive adoption of tools, dashboards, and performance frameworks

What you bring

  • 8-12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within SaaS / enterprise technology
  • Proven experience partnering with senior sales leadership in a matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of subscription business models and SaaS metrics (ARR/ACV, churn, Consumed ACV, upsell/cross-sell)
  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms and analytics tools, translates data into actionable insights
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Exposure to partner-led GTM models and large deal environments
  • Experience working in high-growth, transformation-driven environments
