Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Management

  • Accurately process sales orders within set timelines (SLAs).
  • Monitor orders and ensure they are fulfilled correctly and on time.

Data Maintenance & Support

  • Maintain content and order data in internal systems (e.g., STS or equivalents).
  • Support sales and marketing teams with system-related queries.

Collaboration & Issue Resolution

  • Work with cross-regional stakeholders to resolve order issues.
  • Handle escalations and customer support queries efficiently.

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Generate reports and track key operational metrics.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
