Job Description

Sales & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales and client acquisition by actively connecting with schools, colleges, universities and corporate organizations for educational, group, and corporate travel solutions.

2. Generate and convert high quality leads through cold outreach, referrals, institutional visits and networking to consistently expand the client base.

3. Schedule and attend appointments with educational institutions,corporates and other tour agents to present travel programs, tour proposals and customized itineraries.

4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact from initial discussion to closure.

5. Support and coordinate travel operations as required, ensuring smooth execution of tours, bookings, documentation and on ground arrangements.

6. Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, including follow-ups, coordination with vendors, internal teams and clients.

7. Conduct corporate and institutional visits to explore new partnerships and long term collaborations.

8. Maintain sales records, client databases and provide regular updates on leads, conversions and ongoing projects.

9. Represent the company professionally at meetings, campus visits, and corporate presentations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in client interactions and presentations.

3. Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.

4. Strong sales mindset with the ability to work towards targets and closures.

5. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, institutional visits, and tour operations.

6. Self motivated, organized and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.

Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
