Minimum 7-9 years experience in Sales Operation Analyst
Job Responsibilities
Hands on experience in SFDC.
SFDC report, dashboard.
Data Analytics and BI.
Strong knowledge on MS Excel.
Maintain the high level excel report.
Understand the software subscription process.
Understand the sales process.
Understand the renewal process.
Cross-functional stakeholder management.
Understanding on the billing process and curate logical long-term solutions.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
Essential Skills
SFDC experience
Advanced MS Excel skills
Hands on experience on data analysis
Logical thinking to solve existing problems
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
