What You'll Do

  • Drive business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing partnerships across cross-border payments and crypto ecosystems.
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, compliance, and operations) to structure deals and ensure smooth onboarding of partners.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM, tracking leads, conversions, and key metrics.
  • Understand client needs and present TransFi's API solutions and capabilities effectively.
  • Stay on top of industry trends in fintech, crypto, and stablecoins to identify new opportunities and market shifts.
  • Support strategic initiatives, product launches, and regional expansion efforts.

Must Have

  • 24 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within cross-border payments, fintech, or crypto.
  • Strong understanding of crypto, stablecoins, and global payment systems.
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, automation, reporting).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in B2B fintech or payment infrastructure companies.
  • Exposure to API-based products, on-ramp/off-ramp flows, or global remittance networks.
  • Understanding of compliance, KYC, and transaction monitoring in payments.
