We are looking for professionals with strong Salesforce operations experience with CPQ and CLM knowledge to support a new and evolving initiative.
Work Mode: Remote
Key Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and support Salesforce CPQ and CLM solutions.
Design and manage pricing, quoting, contract workflows, approvals, and integrations.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective
solutions.
Perform root-cause analysis and drive issue resolution and process improvements.
Support operational governance, SLA adherence, and performance tracking.
Manage stakeholders across program, product, engineering, and operations teams.
Support UAT, documentation, reporting, and post-go-live enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
46 years of Salesforce experience. Strong in operations
Knowledge in Salesforce CPQ and CLM (Conga/Icertis or similar).
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and CRM operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and JIRA is a plus.
