We are looking for Sales Operations Specialist to support our global sales function. This role will work closely with the Head of Sales, regional sales heads (India & US/International markets), and leadership to drive forecast accuracy, performance reporting, CRM hygiene, bid coordination, and cross-functional alignment. The candidate should bring experience in sales processes, analytics, CRM tools, and pre-sales governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related fields
- MBA or specialized certifications in Sales Ops / Revenue Ops / CRM Administration is a plus
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, service lines (SOC, IDAM, MDR), or industrial/OT sector terminology is desirable
Responsibilities
- 7+ years of work experience in sales operations, business operations, revenue ops, or sales enablement, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services
- Hands-on experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint; experience with Tableau/Power BI is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; able to interpret trends and suggest improvements
- Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies with maturity and responsiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong documentation discipline
Sales Process & Forecasting
- Support the sales funnel tracking and drive weekly/monthly forecasting cadences across geographies
- Maintain sales dashboards, performance reports, win/loss analysis, and conversion KPIs
- Enable regional sales heads and account managers with timely data, insights, and pipeline health metrics
CRM Ownership & Data Governance
- Administer and maintain sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot); ensure hygiene, timeliness, and process compliance
- Drive structured opportunity lifecyclefrom lead creation to closure and renewal
- Train sales users and troubleshoot issues related to opportunity management and forecasting
Sales Governance & Bid Support
- Coordinate responses for RFPs/RFIs, in collaboration with pre-sales and proposal teams
- Track commercial proposals, pricing approvals, and internal bid governance steps
- Maintain a repository of approved case studies, pricing benchmarks, and proposal assets
Sales Enablement & Reporting
- Support the team with tools, templates, and process training
- Track quota achievements and deal milestones
- Create presentations and performance summaries for quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
