Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager / Sales & Operations Associate

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy, process-driven Assistant Sales Manager / Sales & Operations Associate to fuel our growth in the E-commerce SaaS space. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a hunter who also enjoys the architecture of sales.

You will be responsible for driving new revenue through outbound initiatives while ensuring our sales operationsfrom CRM hygiene to pipeline reportingrun like a well-oiled machine. If you have a background in selling Loyalty, Rewards, or CRM tools to Shopify brands, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Growth

  • Outbound Engine: Own the end-to-end outbound process, including cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and personalized email sequences.
  • The Pitch: Conduct high-impact product demos tailored to the merchant's specific pain points (Retention, LTV, Conversion).
  • Closing: Manage a pipeline of mid-market e-commerce brands, moving them from initial interest to signed contracts.
  • Ecosystem Networking: Leverage existing relationships within the Shopify/Apps ecosystem to generate referrals and co-marketing leads.

2. Sales Operations

  • CRM Management: Act as the guardian of our CRM (ZohoCRM/Salesforce). Ensure every lead is tracked, categorized, and nurtured.
  • Process Optimization: Refine sales scripts, email templates, and deck presentations based on data-driven feedback.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on sales KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline health for the leadership team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales. Direct experience selling Web Store Apps (Loyalty, Rewards, CRM, CDP, or Marketing Automation) is highly preferred.
  • Understanding Ecommerce : You understand what a Tech Stack means for an e-commerce brand and can explain how our solution fits into their existing workflow.
  • Outbound Pro: You aren't afraid of the phone. You have a proven track record of breaking through the noise of a merchant's inbox.
  • Tech Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of CRM tools and sales intelligence platforms(e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Lusha).
  • Knowledge of scoping for Web store for size, tools they use and velocity of orders and more like SimilarWeb,BuiltWith, Wappalyzer.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
