The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining the processes, systems, and data frameworks that enable our SDR, AE, and Account Management teams to operate efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, structuring messy processes, and enabling revenue teams to perform at their best.
Top Outcomes:
Sales Process Design & Optimization
- Design, document, and improve core sales workflows and processes across SDR, AE, and AM functions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure sales processes remain aligned with company growth and evolving GTM motions.
CRM Ownership & Data Integrity
- Own and manage Salesforce CRM workflows, configurations, and process improvements.
- Maintain data accuracy across the sales pipeline and revenue reporting systems.
- Define and enforce CRM hygiene standards.
Sales Metrics & Reporting
- Build and maintain reliable reporting frameworks for pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Partner with leadership to define key sales metrics and performance dashboards.
- Support forecasting and pipeline visibility across the sales organisation.
Revenue Operations Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing Ops and RevOps to ensure smooth lead handoff and funnel alignment.
- Support cross-functional projects involving sales tooling, process automation, and reporting.
Sales Productivity Enablement
- Support sales teams with operational guidance on tools, workflows, and processes.
- Help reduce manual work and operational friction for revenue teams.
- Ensure operational changes are well-documented and communicated.
Compensation & Incentives Support
- Assist in building and maintaining sales compensation plans and performance tracking.
- Support commission calculations and reporting where required.
Requirements:
Must Have
- 36 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or equivalent platforms.
- Strong data fluency with the ability to define, validate, and interpret key sales metrics.
- Experience designing and documenting operational workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Should Have
- Experience supporting SDR, AE, and Account Management teams simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales compensation structures.
- Exposure to RevOps tools such as Gong, Outreach, or similar platforms.
- Experience with reporting or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS startup environment.
- Familiarity with deal desk, contract workflows, or legal-adjacent sales processes.
