Position Name - Sales Operation Manager
Experience Required :- Minimum 10 year
Qualification - MBA Sales or Marketing
Salary Range - 10-12 LPA
Key Job Responsibilities :-
Develop and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to expand product reach and improve market penetration.
Monitor primary and secondary sales, ensuring alignment with company targets.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor distributor performance, retailer coverage, and competitor activities.
Develop and implement sales operating processes and SOPs.
Track Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales performance, analyze data, and provide reports to senior management.
Ensure proper execution of company policies, promotional activities, and branding initiatives in the market.
Develop and implement schemes with effective monitoring to ensure consistent execution
Monitor the success rate of trade schemes and evaluate incremental sales generated through schemes.
Conduct competitor analysis including pricing strategies and trade schemes and submit periodic reports to management.
Identify new market opportunities, potential outlets, and expansion areas to increase product reach.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
Ensure proper usage of SFA tools by the sales team.
Ensure accurate sales data, customer records, and pipeline updates.
Support Regional sales managers and field teams with data, insights, and operational assistance.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and sales discipline of the sales team.
Assist in performance reviews.(Monthly, Fortnightly or as when required)

Strong analytical and data management skills
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Advanced MS Excel / MIS reporting skills
Knowledge of Sales Automation tools
Process-oriented and detail-focused approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
C. Job Specification
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Sales.
Hands-on experience in regular market visits and retail market working.
Strong knowledge of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
