Job Description
The desk
A telecom services company that supports enterprise accounts has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Sales Operations Manager for its enterprise sales team, working hybrid out of Gurugram or Bengaluru. Enterprise telecom deals move through long, multi-stakeholder cycles — pricing approvals, technical validation, contract redlines — and right now, too much of that tracking lives in individual account managers heads.
What's not working
You will sit alongside the enterprise sales leadership, owning the operational backbone of the deal cycle: CRM data, pricing and quoting workflows, and the reporting that tells leadership which deals are actually going to close this quarter versus which ones have been closing next month for six months running.
What sits with you
- CRM hygiene and pipeline-stage discipline across the enterprise sales team
- Pricing and quoting workflows, including approval routing for non-standard deals
- Forecast accuracy and pipeline reviews with sales leadership
- Commission calculation support and territory or account-mapping updates
The profile
Someone with 5 to 9 years in sales operations or revenue operations, ideally with exposure to telecom, enterprise B2B, or long-cycle technical sales, who can hold sales leadership accountable to clean pipeline data without becoming the team's least popular person. Strong Excel or CRM-reporting skills are expected; SQL or a BI tool is a plus, not a requirement.
How the process runs
A screening conversation, a forecasting-and-pipeline case exercise, a panel with sales leadership, and a closing conversation with the enterprise sales head. A single application keeps you in the running for this role and other sales-operations mandates Flexiple is hiring for.
