As the Assistant Manager/ Manager of Sales Operations, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our sales processes, optimizing performance, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies to improve performance and efficiency across the sales team.
  • Management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and utilizing analytics to drive insights.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set targets, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Enhance existing sales processes and tools to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training and resources to support the sales team's skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to align strategies and share insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, providing ongoing support and feedback on performance metrics.
  • Evaluate and improve sales reporting mechanisms to track performance against goals

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies and operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM, SQL and Power BI
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams
