Revenue & Profitability
- Drive revenue growth through effective lead generation, conversion, and client retention strategies.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets while ensuring operational cost-efficiency.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets; monitor variances and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure labour, wages, and vendor contracts align with revenue expectations.
Operations Management
- Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision of caregiving staff in collaboration with HR and Training teams.
- Develop efficient rostering systems for clinicians to ensure optimal utilization.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide structured feedback (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Review vendor pricing, manage relationships, and approve operational invoices.
- Work with the inventory team to track stock movement and ensure adequate supplies.
- Implement and enforce policies, SOPs, and quality standards in collaboration with the Quality/Medical team.
Sales & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and referral partners.
- Conduct regular meetings with hospital management and external stakeholders to strengthen collaborations.
- Track and monitor daily sales team activities:
- Lead generation & enquiries
- Lead conversions & sign-ups
- Revenue tracking vs targets
- Daily Sales Reports (DSR)
- Escalation handling
- Ensure timely referral payout clearance and maintain transparency with partners.
Client Relations & Customer Experience
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients regarding service delivery, equipment, and staff issues.
- Conduct client visits (weekly and escalation-based) to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions based on client feedback.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives (festive greetings, birthday/anniversary wishes, loyalty activities).
Team Leadership & Staff Engagement
- Supervise and guide both Sales & Operations teams, aligning them with company goals.
- Foster a safe and positive work environment with zero tolerance for workplace hazards.
- Implement employee recognition and engagement programs (R&R, incentives).
- Address staff grievances promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate across departments to build a multidisciplinary, responsive service culture.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 58 years of experience in Sales and Operations (Healthcare/Home Care sector preferred).
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data-driven reporting.
