The Salon Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across all salons by overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, driving performance metrics, and maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration. This role also plays a key part in team development, sales impetus, and ensuring smooth salon launches and transitions.

Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight & Sales Impetus
- Review the Sales Impetus Checklist with Outlet Managers weekly to ensure data availability, comprehension, and accurate provisioning.
- Ensure templating, reporting formats, and education on dashboards are effectively delivered and understood by all outlet leads.
- Facilitate weekly submission of calls dashboards and monthly overviews on team performance, culture, and skill indicators.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Liaise with L&D, HR, CRM, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of operational activities and people-focused initiatives.
- Ensure consistent implementation of policies, training calendars, and customer service protocols.
- Staffing & Roster Management
- Conduct monthly staffing metric reviews to identify hiring needs, plan internal transfers, and support manpower fulfillment.
- Lead weekly roster planning and provisioning to ensure effective coverage.
- Compliance & Governance
- Coordinate with CRM for weekly issue resolution reporting.
- Review discounting trends bi-weekly; raise flags on policy deviations.
- Ensure all Modes of Finance are active and functional across all salons; resolve any related issues.
- Incentive & Requisition Management
- Oversee incentive processing and disbursement for salon teams.
- Ensure timely requisition of standard issue items for salon personnel.
- Conduct monthly audits of POC hierarchies and credentialing compliance.
- Salon Launches & Dry Runs
- Lead dry runs and ensure operational readiness of new salon openings.
- Monitor the pre-opening checklist comprehensively, starting one month prior to launch.
- Team Engagement & Grievance Management
- Conduct weekly connects with Ops Executives and overall salon team to understand operational challenges, resolve grievances, and provide counselling where required.
- Onboarding & Training
- Facilitate comprehensive New Hire Onboarding in coordination with HR and L&D teams.
- Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive achievement of sales targets across all outlets by collaborating with Outlet Managers, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure revenue operations are streamlined and aligned with business goals through focused planning, campaign execution, and tracking of key revenue drivers.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience
