About VisionX Study Abroad

VisionX Study Abroad Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing overseas education consultancy helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad. Founded by Vaishnavi Srinivasan, a UK graduate and student mentor, VisionX has achieved a 99% visa success rate across destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

We focus on building long-term careers, not short-term internships.

About the Role

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have recently completed their degree and are keen to build a career in sales, student counselling, or operations.

You will receive hands-on training, real responsibility, and exposure to how a sales-driven education consultancy operates from the ground up.

Note: This role is open only to graduates who have already completed their degree.

Current students are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Student Engagement

  • Connect with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
  • Understand student requirements and qualify leads
  • Share basic information about study-abroad services
  • Assign interested leads to senior counsellors
  • Follow up with students and maintain lead records

Operations & Coordination

  • Assist counsellors with application tracking and documentation
  • Maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards
  • Support daily sales and operations activities
  • Ensure timely updates and smooth coordination within the team

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

  • Degree completed (recent pass-outs only)
  • Open to graduates from any stream (Business, Management, Arts, Commerce, Science, etc.)
  • Strong interest in sales, communication, and customer interaction
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Skills Required

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in speaking with people
  • Basic computer skills (Google Workspace / MS Excel)
  • Positive attitude and learning mindset

Prior experience is not required

Training will be provided

Stipend & Career Growth

  • Stipend: 10,000 per month

Work Schedule

  • Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
