About the Role
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have recently completed their degree and are keen to build a career in sales, student counselling, or operations.
You will receive hands-on training, real responsibility, and exposure to how a sales-driven education consultancy operates from the ground up.
Note: This role is open only to graduates who have already completed their degree.
Current students are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Student Engagement
- Connect with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
- Understand student requirements and qualify leads
- Share basic information about study-abroad services
- Assign interested leads to senior counsellors
- Follow up with students and maintain lead records
Operations & Coordination
- Assist counsellors with application tracking and documentation
- Maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards
- Support daily sales and operations activities
- Ensure timely updates and smooth coordination within the team
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
- Degree completed (recent pass-outs only)
- Open to graduates from any stream (Business, Management, Arts, Commerce, Science, etc.)
- Strong interest in sales, communication, and customer interaction
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with people
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace / MS Excel)
- Positive attitude and learning mindset
Prior experience is not required
Training will be provided
Stipend & Career Growth
- Stipend: 10,000 per month

- Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
