About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Intern to support the Sales Department in managing operational processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. The intern will act as a key point of contact for the team, assisting with reporting, coordination, and any operational support required to drive sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing Support: Coordinate with the CA & Finance team, and other stakeholders to prepare and send monthly signed invoices before the billing cycle.
- Reporting: Generate customized reports from Zoho CRM as required for tracking, review, and presentation to management.
- POC for Sales Department: Act as the primary contact for all operational queries, internal coordination, and support needed by the Sales team.
- Process Management: Support the sales team in documentation, follow-ups, and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist the Sales and Operations team in ad-hoc tasks to address the department's needs efficiently.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems (Zoho CRM knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be based in Bangalore and available to join immediately.
