About us

Innovatrix Infotech is a DPIIT-recognized software agency based in Kolkata. We're an official Shopify Partner, AWS Partner, Google Partner, and Meta Business Partner. 50+ projects shipped — Shopify builds, AI automation, web and app development — for clients across India, UAE, Singapore, UK, and US.

Founder is a former Senior Software Engineer and Head of Engineering. We run lean, we ship fast, and we're rebuilding our growth engine from scratch. This role is part of that rebuild.

What you'll actually do

This is an execution role, not a strategy role. You'll run the playbooks we give you, carefully and consistently.

  • LinkedIn outreach: sending connection requests and follow-up messages using scripts we provide
  • Apollo prospecting: building saved searches, exporting and cleaning CSV lists to match our ICP
  • Lead list hygiene: deduplication, enrichment, field-matching, import/export between Apollo, Instantly, and Brevo
  • Cold email operations: uploading cleaned lists to campaigns, monitoring bounce rates and unsubscribes, classifying replies
  • Google My Business: daily posts, review responses, Q&A updates, photo uploads
  • Weekly reporting: outreach sent, replies received, meetings booked, list health metrics

What you won't do

You will not devise business strategy, own client relationships, write cold email copy from scratch, or sit in on sales calls. You will not have admin access to our tools — you'll operate within limited permissions. If that sounds restrictive, this isn't the role.

Who we're looking for

  • Genuinely detail-oriented. You check your own work before sending it up.
  • Can follow a written SOP without needing it re-explained.
  • Comfortable in spreadsheets and can learn new tools quickly. We use Apollo, Instantly, Brevo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator — you'll be trained on the ones you need.
  • Clear, professional written English.
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar — or self-taught and can show it.

Working hours and availability (non-negotiable)

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM IST. Fixed hours, not flexible.
  • Daily stand-up call with the founder. Attendance is mandatory, camera on.
  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace. This is remote but it is not casual.

If you have college classes, another internship, or anything that conflicts with a 9–5 schedule, this role is not for you. Please don't apply thinking you'll manage it — you won't, and we'll both waste time.

Compensation

Up to 5,000/month, performance-based. Base stipend is lower and scales with output. Specific targets will be shared in writing before you start — no surprises. We're small and honest about what we can pay at this stage.

Duration

3-month initial term, with the option to extend or convert to a longer engagement based on

performance.
