Job Description: Sales Operations Intern / Business Development Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a smart, driven Sales Operations Intern / Business Development Intern who wants to build a long-term career in sales. This role is ideal for someone who has already tasted sales through a previous internship and now wants to deepen their skills in sales operations, prospecting, lead management, and sales tools.
You will work closely with our sales and Account management teams to support lead research, CRM updates, outreach processes, and performance analysis. You will also get hands-on experience with modern sales tools, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with prospecting and lead generation
- Research companies and contacts using sales tools and databases
- Support the team in preparing email sequences, campaigns, and outreach lists
- Maintain and update our CRM system (HubSpot) with accurate data
- Monitor performance dashboards and help identify improvement areas
- Work with the team to improve processes, workflows, and reporting
- Learn and use AI/sales automation tools to improve productivity
- Prepare simple documents, reports, and best-practice checklists for the team
Qualifications
- At least 1 prior sales or business development internship experience (mandatory)
- Interest in building a long-term career in Sales / SDR / Sales Ops
- Understanding of CRM tool HubSpot is mandatory
- Good communication and writing skills
- Comfortable with research, data entry, and repetitive tasks when needed
- Eager to learn sales tools, automation, and AI workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Note: Sales internship experience and either HubSpot certification or hands-on working knowledge of HubSpot is mandatory. Apply only if you meet these criteria.

- Experience using any lead-generation, scraping, or automation tools
- Understanding of sales email sequencing
