Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Tele-caller Sales & Operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales, along with a knack for managing customer relationships and supporting operational processes. This role bridges communication between prospective customers and the Barsys team, ensuring a smooth and informed sales journey from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries from various sources (website, campaigns, events, referrals).
  • Explain Barsys products, features, and pricing clearly to potential customers.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the purchase process.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns with professionalism and clarity.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools and update lead status in real-time.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • Assist in cross-selling and up-selling related products and services.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 12 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or operations.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Confidence in handling outbound calls and converting leads into customers.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-centric mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, consumer electronics, or D2C startups.
  • Understanding of logistics workflows and customer support operations.
  • Experience in working with performance-based incentives.
