(JD)Position Title: Junior Sales Operations and Bid Coordinator (Grade 2)

Department: Sales Operations

Reports To: Senior Sales Operations Manager/Sales Head

Location :Gurgaon

Experience Level:1-2 years of experience in sales operations, bid coordination, or related roles.

Position Overview:

The Junior Sales Operations and Bid Coordinator will assist in managing the sales process and bid lifecycle, ensuring timely submissions and smooth coordination between teams. The role supports sales activities, documentation, and process improvement initiatives, contributing to operational efficiency and successful deal closures.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Basic understanding of RFP/RFQ processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Management Support: Assist in preparing and submitting proposals, bids, and RFx documentation.
  • Track and monitor bid schedules and deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
  • Sales Operations Support: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data on leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Generate regular sales performance reports and dashboards. Coordination and Communication: Liaise with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, legal) to gather inputs for proposals.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain organized records of proposals, contracts, and bid submissions.
  • Ensure bid submissions comply with company policies and client requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline bid and sales processes.
  • Suggest and implement improvements under supervision.
